Commissioned by De Grienden VOF, EUP design created several business units on the Gorinchem Oost II business park. The units are versatile in use and in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

 

The starting point for the design was to orientate the units optimally towards the access road. We also wanted the buildings to be characterised by clean lines, in harmony with the surrounding polder landscape.

 

The layout of the units is typical of this type of building: each consists of a section for storage/production and one for office/administration. Daylight is brought in through openings on the north side. In addition, owners can opt for a shed roof with or without a skylight, further expanding the possibilities for use.
